By submitting a photograph to this contest, you represent and warrant that:

1. You are the original creator and owner of the photo/image or otherwise have all necessary rights and permissions to submit it.
2. The photo/image does not infringe upon or violate the intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights of any third party.
3. If any identifiable individuals appear in the photo, you have obtained all necessary permissions and releases from those individuals, or from a parent or legal guardian if the individual is a minor, to submit the photo and permit its use as described below.
4. You grant the National Automobile Dealers Association (“NADA”), its affiliates, successors, licensees, and designees a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, publish, distribute, display, modify, adapt, and create derivative works from the photo, in whole or in part, in any media now known or later developed, for promotional, marketing, educational, editorial, and other lawful business purposes, without additional notice, compensation, or approval.
5. You understand that submission of a photo/image does not guarantee it will be selected, displayed, or used.
6. You agree to release and hold harmless NADA and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from any claims arising out of or relating to the submission or use of the photo/image in accordance with these terms.
